So far so good been here a month now and have not had any problems. Very quiet and very friendly people
Ok for the money. Drive ways are very rough and water stands after it rains. Usually pretty full though. Laundromat available.

Infested with ants. Been staying with my friend at his RV and the whole park is infested with ants. They ask for rent like they provide such a great service.
It is not what it appears to be. There is no well maintained areas at all. The rules change on a day to day basis. When we first got here we were told we were allowed to have several things including an area for our dog. Now we are not allowed to have anything and even though we spent over 500 dollars because we were told they did not want anything trashy looking as a kennel for the dog we must now go take it down. The rules change on a daily basis and every time the rules change it seems to cost a little bit more money every single time. I would not recommend this to a friend or anyone that I cared for.
