This park is kept up well and quiet hours are respected by residents.
Reasonably priced, very clean, quite lots of shade, concrete pads, I haven't found anything I dislike yet but I will be here for 3 more months will update
Honestly its a great location laundry mat in Walking condition friendly neighbors. The water,electricity,and cable is all included with the bill. Only complaint i would have is the loud vehicles you'll hear through the night seeing how you're right next to 146. Other than that very solid place!!
For the most part it is above average. Close to stores, freeway. Road noise is very noticeble from hiway 146. Reasonable rent, good wifi. My lot and 3 near me have a serious drainage issue. Water ponds up under my 5th wheel. I have spoke to management three times, just get told its planned. I feel like im getting brushed off.
awesome laid back environment. Very quite with a unique since of security at the front of the park. and fenced.
