Definitely the best place to get fitted and understand what you are buying in a boot
Red wing is never going to make money here. The worker couldn't be bothered to come out from behind the counter. And I was the only person in the store.
Best shopping experience ever. Let me first say I have never written a review for anything ever, but felt obligated to after i visited this store. I was greeted by Cathy Scianimanico who seemed to know every detail about every boot in the store. There are two other Redwing stores closer to me but I will drive to Baytown from now on. Cathy you are doing a great job over there and I wish every shopping experience was like the one I had at your store. Go see Cathy if you want a killer pair of boots and great customer service!
Was only greeted with "I'll be with you in a sec." Then the attendant proceeded to continue flirting with the customer she was attending. That went on for a while. Got worse when asking for his info. Phone number, email, etc. Probably ended with a happy ending after i left. I didnt want to CB that guy.
