Faster than many post offices if you need to go to the counter, but the line for the machine is quite long.
Our mail carriers habitually leave mail in the wrong boxes. I think they are dyslexic. I have been waiting for two orders that should have been delivered by now according to tracking. Maybe the mail carriers took them home or to someone else's home, but they were never delivered. I called the local post office. It is no longer a working number. I called the 800 number. The recording said the on-hold wait would be 1+ hours. The USPS needs to be bought out by a private company. The government can't do anything right or on budget.
Lack of service from the employees. Since, I have a PO Box here and this post office accepts UPS packages. My UPS tracking indicated that the package arrived at the post office, but, employee at the side window is completely unwilling to search for the package without a USPS Tracking number. She had no motivation to seek a UPS package at USPS.
This place sucks butt really bad. They keep loosing my packages over and over ond over again, it's getting really old. I get really nervous and worried when I order something and it goes through USPS. Employees how hard is it to pay attention to the freaking address? Take pride in your work or go flip burgers, there you can forget to put the tomatoes on my burger
On 3 occasions over the last couple week when I was expecting to receive the packages I did track them over the USPS site. On all 3 occasions the tracking showed that packages were delivered but they were not. So or postman put them in the wrong location or did not delivered at all. Did not have the same problems with UPS service.
Observed this problem previously on rare occasions. After hurricane it seems like a norm. Better training is needed for post office workers.
