Someone broke into my husbands truck and stole he's things (wallet, money, passport, I.D., etc.) he just called the office so they could send an officer to make a report and see what they can do about it, it's been almost an hour since he called, we are still here waiting not to mention I have my baby waiting with us as well, so he called again about ten mins. ago, they told him to not call anymore since he's problem wasn't that "important", we are from out of town he's here for work, I can't believe the city of Baytown TX can't handle a situation in a decent and proper way, and how can a crime not be "that important", they need to hire better people who can and know how to handle situations like this... I will be contacting the city or who ever I find right now online to ask them what the city of Baytown cops are for since the person at the office clearly doesn't know how to handle things like this
Unfortunately they do not obey the traffic laws. We were passed by an SUV officer speeding (no lights or sirens) just to get to a store. We called and spoke to a supervisor who just made excuses for his officer. Don't get me wrong, I respect officers and the jobs they do but what gives them the right to put people in danger with driving for personal use in the patrol car. I've seen way too many times officers texting and driving g or talking on cell phone while driving in the patrol car. It's a shame they are not getting reprimanded for the laws they break.
I have read these other reviews and I can bet most don't like any Police because they are turds. Of course turds hate cops! And the one lady leaving a bad review because the Police took and hour to show up, that's the Communications Department for the City of Baytown, not the Police Department. Go leave a bad review for them lol lt
This Police Department is top notch! Very professional Officers and they appear to have the latest state of the art equipment which is needed to address crime concerns.
The police officers are pretty useless they BREAK and do not OBEY Texas laws. They speed they cut in front of you they yell they are unprofessional the list goes on and on. Especially officer NAVARRO/A (Hispanic male officer) was the worst laughing at a situation where I needed help. And the people inside the office are useless unwilling to help and give attitudes both RAFAEL and ELIZABETH FLYAW.
This people working for this department are not willing to help. They do not care about you!!! All they do is sit on their fat ass and give you an attitude. Please if you are not willing to help please do not work for this department because you are pretty much useless.
