I've never been around employees as nice as the ladies working here. I came in with tears running down my face because people at the Houston office we're so rude and these ladies are so kind and so very helpful. They never have an attitude I've been here 3 days and each day it amazes me how different they treat people compared to the other state offices. I'm happy to know they're right down the road from us whenever we need help. If you want an Interview come before 2pm!!
Horrible office id rather drive a hour away to another office rather then ever coming here again lady's behind the desk are rude hateful and don't know how to do there job or answer your questions all they are good for is giving you the run around. I've never had such a bad experience going to a business let alone a government business in my life this place needs new staff or needs to be shut down
Every time I have needed assistance they give me the runaround. They screw up my case so I, or my kids, usually have to go without medicaid longer than we should or need. Even after faxing everything I need to fix they still mess it up! MOST of these people are pretty worthless and can't even use their system right, WARNING be careful! They might mess it up then penalize you for not catching their mistake! However, I have never spoke with a black or Mexican who have gone there who had so much trouble. Very noticeably racist against whites area. Even the gold card clinic disgust me. I think I would rather die than go through the way I am treated every time I go (besides the 1 time they had higher up people there.)
Takes to long to answer the phone I've been on hold for hours now days in a row grrrrrrrr
