I have had three babies within the last three years here. Two preemies born on February 20,2015 and one on June 23, 2016. One full term born on June 23, 2017. I must say the nurses here are awesome and the care and concern during my stay here was off the charts. I was very pleased with the staff and highly recommend anyone to the Labor and Delivery department. Nurses Beverly James, Bobbie Story, Amesha Watt and Stephanie from the NICU were exceptional. Being a first time preemie mom they made sure I left knowledgeable before I went home. The entire staff did a great job including Ms.Clair and Ms.Victoria in dietary. Thanks for being such a blessing at a time as special as giving birth.

Is this where our tax dollars are going? The ER is horrible! You will wait 6 plus hours for treatment! Nurses were just sitting around. No doctor in sight! My daughter came in on the ambulance and still waited 7 hours! The hospital administrator should be fired! I would never run my hospital this way!

The stars are only there because the doctors that I've seen there are great. But Outpatient Services is a joke!!! Waiting almost an HOUR to give a simple urine sample (for a possible kidney infection so I was in pain to begin with) because the lady at the check in desk apparently can't do her job and neither does she like being there. If you're going to employ people who work with patients and people who don't feel well, you need employees that are compassionate and at least are courteous to their patients. Not just a warm body to fill a seat.

Worst experience in the Emergency room I have EVER HAD. The only run test for particular illnesses. Every other Emergency room I have had the pleasure of going to get 5 stars from just for their efforts. These people told me everything came back good. So why am I leaving with a fever?????

My friend went in today having contractions. Her name is Hannah. And a nurse (named Sarah) asked her why she didn't go to her own doctor. Baytown is much closer than Kingwood to where she was at. She also proceeded to give Hannah a cold bag of fluids in her IV. Then Hannah had goosebumps because of the refrigerated IV and this particular nurse told her she would look for a blanket. She never brought one. Finally another nurse brought her one. I'm writing this review because this place needs to realize that you do not treat people like they don't matter. I have been treated the same way by this facility.
