My wife contacted Beehive Florist and they were very apologetic. A lady from the Baytown store where I made the purchase, sent me an email right away to let me know she would be giving me a full refund. She also asked my wife to stop by the shop in Baytown where the gave her the flowers I ordered free of charge. So I will change my rating and give them another chance to be my florist in the future. I understand we are all human and make mistakes, it's how we handle the mistakes that matter...
Provided flowers for a memorial service. I was referred to them by another local florist because the first florist was low on fresh flowers. I was skeptical because of the Google rating but the flowers were perfect. They even texted me a picture so I knew what I sent. Ask them to text you a picture, you will be very pleased.
Extremely satisfied, she loved them. I was helped very fast and they made sure the bouquet was perfect I even got pictures before it got sent
After explaining to my wife that I sent flowers and could not explain why she did not even get a phone call about the missed delivery...

I've used them three times now and never had a problem. The people are always friendly. The arrangements are always beautiful. I'll keep using them.
Failed delivery, no knowledge of $~130. Flowers, ornate lead Crystal vase plus Plush Teddy Bear, ~May 3, 2017? late telephone order placement for Mother's Day order, no debit logged on my credit card ? This may be the result of my failure? , I did not retain a copy of my order?, So give Beehive Florist another chance. Our Past telephone orders have been quickly and efficiently delivered and with excellent results.
When it comes to customer service... Well they have none. I work over seas and need someone I can communicate with for one. The first time I ordered I sent an email asking for a confirmation of delivery, never heard back but they did get the flowers there. This time I ordered 3 days in advance for my anniversary as I am out of the country and well no delivery, no call, no email, no nothing. I am trying to contact them now for a refund.... I will post later on their excuse and the outcome. So as you can see, they get one star which would be none if it was possible to make a post with ZERO!
